SĀNTAL
SĀNTAL was born from an obsession with making the best specialty coffee in Palma, and it lives in one of the four historic windmills on Carrer de la Indústria. Between Mallorcan stone walls and 17th-century vaults you'll find single-origin espresso, flat whites and pour-overs, avo toast, oat pancakes and cinnamon rolls baked every morning — with vegan and gluten-free options. Walk-in only for brunch, and the windmill can be booked for private events. Awarded a Solete by the 2025 Repsol Guide.
