BATX (pronounced 'batch') is a creation of Cómodo&Co Coworking and Amsterdam's Lot61 Coffee Roasters — bright, beautifully designed spaces serving meticulously sourced, expertly roasted coffee. Born in Sydney, raised in Brooklyn, roasting in Amsterdam, brewing in Palma. All pastries are baked in-house with stone-milled flour from a small family-run organic farm near Sant Llorenç, paired with the highest-quality ingredients the team can source. Espresso, specialty coffees, matcha, kombuchas, smoothies and a healthy brunch line-up. Dine in or take away — no bookings, but they'll do everything they can to seat you.
