Sumaq
Sumaq (Quechua for 'good, rich, delicious') opened on Carrer Sant Magí in 2013 and moved to its current Cotoner home in 2014. Chef Irene Gutiérrez brings the biodiversity of Peru — Pacific coast, Amazon and Andes — to Santa Catalina through ceviches, causas, lomo saltado and pisco sours, fused with Mallorcan ingredients.
